When he joined the Halifax family over 10 years ago, his job description was a bit different. Alongside studying Business Management, he cleaned after hours – a task that later turned into dishwashing and gave him a foothold in the kitchen, where he preferred to be. It quickly became clear to everyone that the kitchen brought out the best in Subesh – and vice versa. Today, he runs our busiest restaurant in Lyngby, where he excels in maintaining the great atmosphere he fell in love with and leading his team of busy chefs.

"I love the workplace and the culture, where we solve problems during a busy service and talk about it later with respect for each other. As a young man, it was especially great to have a beer together after work with my colleagues, which made us good friends."

So even though Subesh trained in a different direction, he fortunately saw the opportunity to combine professionalism and personal well-being in a leadership position at Halifax. And we're extremely happy about that.
